The produce steel structures on the basis of our own or supplied documentation, we offer performance of work in machining using CNC machine tools and welding.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDES PERFORMANCE OF WORK IN:
MECHANICAL WORKING
- Milling surfaces and profile milling on 4-axle vertical working units.
- Boring, drilling, profile milling on 4-axle horizontal reaming and milling units.
- Turning on CNC machine tools equipped, among others, with 12-position heads with live tools.
- Grinding single- and multi-step shafts.
- Grinding holes.
- Smoothing of hydraulic cylinders with horizontal CNC honing tools.
- Vapour blasting with chamber shot peening machines and a shot peening machine for metal sheets and sections.
- Profile and section cutting on tape cutting-off machine.
WELDING
- Robotised welding of metal structure by means of MAG: the length of items of up to 5 metres, the weight of the welded piece of up to 8 tonnes. Possibility of welding tanks and rotating pieces with the diameter of 2200 mm.
- Hand welding with the MAG method: we have stations with modern semi-automatic welding units and welding positioners with the loading capacity of up to 4 tonnes.
- Automated pad welding and fusion welding of cylindrical pieces: length of pad-welded pieces: 200÷2500 mm, diameter of pieces: 40 ÷ 400 mm, weight of pieces: up to 500 kg.
CUTTING AND BENDING
- Gas and plasma cutting of steel metal sheets on CNC tools: the range of plasma cutting thickness: 1÷20 mm, the range of gas cutting thickness: 5÷120 mm, dimensions of cutter benches: 3 m x 12 m, 3 m x 6 m.
- Gas cutting and chamfering in a robotised station: the dimensions of the working surface of benches: 1000x1800 mm, the range of thickness of cut metal sheets: 15÷150 mm.
- Precision thermal cutting of metal sheet pieces (gas and plasma type).
PAINTING AND ROUGHGRINDING SHOP
- Application of a paint coat with the hydrodynamic spraying technology.
- Shot peening of steel pieces.
QUALITY CONTROL
- Analysis of the chemical composition of steel using the ARC-MET 8000 mobile analyser.
- Non-destructive testing o welded joints with the UT, MT, PT and VT method.
DESIGNING
- Preparation of the detailed design documentation with SolidWorks/SolidCam, 3D software for spatial designing, or working on the supplied documentation.
